Acceptable Use Policy Forms

Thanks to a donation from New Bedford native Dr. Irwin Jacobs and matching funds from the City, the high school will be rolling out a 1:1 technology program Fall 2017. For the 2017-2018 school year, each student will be loaded a Dell Latitude 3379 that can be taken home to complete academic assignments and research. However, in order for students to receive this device bothe the student and a legal guardian must sign the Acceptable Use Policy which can be downloaded below.

Please be sure to sign and return the enclosed Acceptable Use Policy by no later than the first day of school, August 31, 2017. You can bring the form to the main office at the high school, or it can mailed to:

If you do not have internet access at your home, students may also qualify for a free wireless internet device as part of the Sprint 1 Million Project. You can apply by filling out and signing the Sprint 1 Million Project Parent/Guardian Consent Form which you can download below and return with the Acceptable Use Policy.
